As Twilight Event Hire embarks on an exciting phase of growth and evolution, we are seeking Casual Event Installers to be a part of our dynamic team that is shaping the future of event experiences.
To join the team, you don’t need formal qualifications or prior experience as we provide comprehensive on-the-job training. What we do require is physical fitness, a positive attitude, and a willingness to embrace a little sweat and hard graft!

What does the role look like?
As an Event Installer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful setup, installation, and breakdown of various event equipment, furniture and decor. Your attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to work seamlessly in a fast-paced environment will contribute to creating memorable and flawless events for our clients.


Some key responsibilities

• Work closely with the Operations Manager and Installation Supervisors to understand the scope of each event and the required equipment setup.
• Safely transport event equipment, decor, and materials to event venues in accordance with company guidelines and procedures.
• Unload, unpack, and assemble event equipment, including furniture, lighting, props, and decorations, adhering to setup plans and design concepts.
• Arrange event elements according to floor plans and design specifications, ensuring that the final setup aligns with the client's vision.
• Troubleshoot issues with equipment, addressing any issues promptly and effectively.
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace during setup and breakdown, ensuring that all areas are left in the same condition as found.
• Assist in event breakdown by disassembling, packing, and loading equipment back onto company vehicles.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times, minimising risks associated with equipment handling, installation, and transport.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions, concerns, and last-minute changes with professionalism and adaptability.
• Represent Twilight Event Hire with a positive and friendly attitude, fostering positive relationships with clients, venue staff, and colleagues.


Requirements:
• Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects, stand, and move for extended periods.
• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to follow setup plans, design concepts, and floor layouts accurately.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet in fast-paced and ever-changing event environments.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members, clients, and vendors.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Valid driver's license is desirable
