Job Description

  • Mid-sized Chartered Accounting Firm
  • Great team environment
  • Sydney CBD location

Accru Felsers is a mid-tier Chartered accounting firm with a long history of accounting excellence. As part of an award-winning network, we provide accounting, taxation, audit and financial advisory services to an impressive client base of multi-national and Australian businesses.

We are proud of our culture which is built around supporting our employees, clients and community. We recognise the importance of flexible work arrangements and promote work-life balance, career development, inclusion and equality.

The opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist/Office Junior to be the face of our business and run the front desk as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. Working closely with our office support team you will be responsible for answering and directing telephone calls, filing, mail, arranging tea, coffee and catering, meeting room maintenance and other ad hoc administrative duties as required.

This role will also involve an element of office administration, with the opportunity to get involved in some corporate secretarial work and general support to our PA team, including administration of ASIC compliance, lodging annual statements, and a variety of other administrative tasks.

This role is a fantastic entry level opportunity for someone who aspires to work in a PA/Team Assistant capacity in the longer term or alternatively would suit a traveller on a shorter-term basis.

Your experience and attributes

The ideal candidate will have excellent communications skills, a good telephone manner and a professional presentation. You must be a team player, with a positive attitude who enjoys working within a busy office environment. Experience in a reception or office environment is preferable, but not essential as training will be provided.

Experience with MS Office applications, and Business Administration qualifications will be considered favorably.

Our culture

Our team is talented, sociable, hardworking and diverse. Social events and fun activities happen regularly and you’ll find people at all levels friendly and supportive. Inclusiveness is fundamental to our culture, and we lead the accounting industry for gender and cultural diversity.
