Restaurant Manager

Amazing location on Hobart's waterfront, we are seeking a passionate hospitality professional.

To be considered for this role you must have:

A Love of people and serving people
3 – 5 Years minimum industry experience within reputable venues with reputable operators
Demonstrated experience in delivering high quality service experiences
Excellent all-round knowledge of food and wine
An eye for detail and consistency
Experience in a busy restaurant where timing is key
Outstanding leadership and motivational skills
Experience in training, rostering
Excellent communication skills across the team
Have an entrepreneur’s understanding of business.
Basic financial management, business management & principles
Able to manage stress, take breaks when needed and take care of themselves as well as others - VITAL.
Manage people and the responsibilities they have for not just task and function.
This is a hands-on role for a passionate hospitality professional. We want someone who has the ability to inspire, develop and connect.

This position is full-time including weekends. Salary package is negotiable based on experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must have current RSA and Food Handler’s Certificate.

Must be able to provide written references & referees.

Must be prepared to undertake a Police check.

Must hold appropriate visa to work and live in Australia.
