Ormeggio at The Spit, situated in the vibrant d'Albora Marina in Mosman, is a lively Italian seafood fine-dining restaurant and Cocktail Bar.
Renowned for its two chef hats and consistent placement among Australia's top restaurants, Ormeggio boasts an exceptional team of skilled professionals hailing from around the world.
Since its inception in 2009, Ormeggio's wine list has been a recipient of numerous awards. With a strong emphasis on Italian wines, complemented by a delightful selection of French and Australian vintages, our diverse cellar offers an engaging experience for wine enthusiasts.
We are currently seeking a full-time Section Waiter with fine-dining experience to join our team. Immediate availability is required, and training will be provided as part of the role.
Ormeggio Requirements:
Australian working rights.
Fluent English.
Essential experience, preferably with a solid understanding of Italian cuisine.
Minimum of three years of experience in fine-dining or similarly esteemed hatted restaurants.
Current NSW RSA Certificate.
Completion of formal hospitality studies.
Proficiency in wine and food knowledge.
Must be able to carry three plates.
