Landscape Labour
We are seeking additional Labours to join the GJs Landscape & Civil team for ongoing work.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in various labour tasks.
- Soft-scaping; mulching, planting, soil-work, laying turf etc.
- Hardscaping; retaining walls, paving, walkways, garden beds etc.
- Assist with loading and unloading materials, ensuring proper handling and storage.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Valid construction White Card.
- Ability to handle physical demands of loading and unloading.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Punctuality, good work ethic and time management.

Construction - from parks and playgrounds and outdoor fitness stations, schools and childcare centres, to large-scale commercial infrastructure
Civil Works - bulk excavations to final grading and trimming of sites, retaining walls and soil stabilisation, stormwater management including installation of pipes, pits and culverts, asphalting, and all concreting works including steel fixing, formwork, kerbs and gutters, laybacks, insitu concrete pours, stairs and ramps.
Landscape Maintenance - Our services include lawn care, pruning and hedging, tree management, pest and weed control using IPM techniques, mulching and landscape cleaning.
Irrigation Management - design to construction to ongoing maintenance and repairs. We install all types of irrigation systems including pop-up sprinklers, drip irrigation, spray and micro-spray irrigation and smart irrigation controllers.
