Job Description

Qualifications & experience:
Experience in a similar position either bartending or waiting tables.
Have current RSA
Cocktail or Wine experience preferred.

The Role:
Be able to work in a small and passionate team of young industry professionals.
Work closely with the venue team.
Exceptional customer service.
Cocktail or wine service.
Upkeep a positive culture amongst FOH and BOH.
Follow health and safety regulations
All-rounder in the restaurant with cocktail experience.

To be successful in the position you will need:
Demonstrated experience within the hospitality industry
Ability to work a flexible roster including late evenings, early starts, weekends, and public holidays.
Hard-working attitude
Stays calm in a stressful situation
Wine & Cocktail experience.
