The Role

Duties include but are not limited to:
- Operating various machinery that you are trained and/or licenced to operate
- Ground work such as collecting and removing of branches from walnut trees
- General cleaning duties
- Manual handling
- Maintaining records, as required
- Maintaining plant, tools and equipment on farm

To be successful in this role you will:
- Display a positive “can do, will do” attitude
- Prepared to work outdoors
- Be flexible to work shift work and weekends as required
- Demonstrate effective communicate skills
- Work effectively as part of a team
- Work independently and without supervision
- Demonstrated commitment to safety first culture
- Carry out responsibilities with due care and responsibility

While previous experience is preferred – a good attitude and strong work ethic are more important!

Wages: $28+ per hour plus overtime and penalty rates
