The Office Assistant will bring the skills and passion of a well organised, experienced Administrator who enjoys being across all segments of coordinating and supporting an office Team.

This is a Full -Time Position - Monday to Friday with an opportunity for an extension in visa for the right person

The Opportunity:

This newly created position, reporting to Chief Marketing Officer, will be a key contributor within the vibrant Sydney Team. It will be a fast-paced and varied role.

Provide all-round administrative support and assistance to internal departments including reception duties.
Support in event and meeting coordination, and showroom management.
Local and International mail and courier coordination.
Travel management and coordination including visa applications.
Maintaining office supplies and amenities (incl. managing maintenance schedules)
Represent the brand values in all interactions.

You Bring…

Initiative, solutions and experience in administration, in addition to:

Experience working in the retail industry for an international brand.
Strong skills in MS Office and associated applications.
Experience in engaging and collaborating across team members.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Exposure to making and coordinating global and local travel arrangements.
A growth mindset.
Ability to work within a small, passionate and motivated Team.
