The Alzburg Resort is a 4-star resort located in the heart of Mansfield, with access to the North East High Country and only a short drive to Mt Buller and a 2.5-hour drive from Melbourne CBD. The Resort has 44 rooms comprising studios, Hotel spa rooms, and Apartments. The Resort also has an onsite Tour Company and Ski Hire outlet which operates throughout the winter season.

We are seeking a motivated Front Office Representative / Tour Coordinator, to join our busy team in Mansfield for our busy 2024 Winter Season.

About the role:
Hotel Reception duties
Work closely with the Executives to support all administrative areas such as admin reception, event, and tour diary management.
Be proactive with distributing accommodation requests from travel agents, group bookings, and direct clients.
Coordinating groups and tour travelers
Providing general sales support to the Duty Manager
Accurately recording event inquiries
Preparing group event proposals & sales contracts
Coordinating invoices and payments
Collating various management reports including financial and client data
Assisting with coordinating in-house sales event
Maintaining communication with our existing customers
Assisting with other marketing activities such as promotions, events, etc
Must be available to work early mornings/evenings and weekends, when required

About you:
Hospitality or Travel background
Excellent communication skills
Creative flair and an eye for detail
Proven successful record in a similar team environment –Food & Beverage / MICE / Events industry experience a bonus. Must have RSA
An energetic, fun, and enthusiastic personality
Ability to meet deadlines and tasks within a hectic environment
Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations with your initiative
Be confident and proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, social media) coupled with a proven ability to learn Company software systems quickly.
