About the business and the role
The Alzburg Resort is a 4-star resort located in the heart of Mansfield, with access to the North East High Country and only a short drive to Mt Buller. The Resort has 44 rooms with a mix of Motel, Hotel spa rooms, and Apartments. The Resort also has an onsite tour company and ski hire outlet which operates throughout the winter season,

We seek a motivated individual to assist our Kitchen department during the Winter Season. Reliable and can commit for the entire snow season of 2024

Job tasks and responsibilities
Chef/Cook – Experienced Chefs/Cooks

Must be available to work early mornings/evenings and weekends
Experience in leading teams and having responsibility for staff
Menu solutions
Maintain food cost
Early start Breakfast
Must have excellent interpersonal skills, stamina to deliver at the peak, and a good work ethic
Reliable and can commit for the entire Snow Season 2021.
This is a fast-paced environment that would ideally suit a person who is a trained chef/cook.
Must have a Food Handling Certificate
