Front Office & Housekeeping Department (all Rounder)

The Alzburg Resort is a 4.5-star rating resort located in the heart of Mansfield, with access to the Northeast High Country and only a short drive to Mt Buller. The Resort has 44 rooms with a mix of Studio Apt, Hotel Spa rooms, and Apartments. The Resort also has an onsite Tour Company and Onsite Ski Hire outlet which operates throughout the winter season.

We are seeking an experienced motivated individual to assist our Front Office & Housekeeping department, (All Rounder).

*Please note accommodation is not provided. Houseletting in the town is widely available. *For The all-rounder position available split between Housekeeping Department & Reception.
Note: This role can be for seasonal workers or those living in Mansfield Town looking for long-term secure work.

About the role:
Hotel Reception duties
Work closely with the Executives to support all administrative areas such as admin reception, event, and tour diary management.
Be proactive with distributing accommodation requests from travel agents, group bookings, and direct clients.
Coordinating groups and tour travelers
Providing general sales support to the General Manager
Accurately recording event inquiries
Preparing group event proposals & sales contracts
Coordinating invoices and payments
Collating various management reports including financial and client data
Assisting with coordinating in-house sales event
Maintaining communication with our existing customers
Must be available to work early mornings/evenings and weekends, when required

Housekeeping duties
Must be available to work early mornings/evenings and weekends, when required
Hard Working
Ensure Rooms and Public areas are cleaned
Being able to work in a team or unsupervised
Be able to work a rotational roster with 7-day availability including weekdays, weekends and public holidays, morning and afternoon shifts if required
Basic experience in Housekeeping & Laundry operations
Must be available to work early mornings/evenings and weekends Excellent communication skills
