The Coppersmith is looking for enthusiastic, creative and fully qualified demi, or commis chef for our bistro.
Our cuisine is modern European & Australian with a casual flair and very Melbourne. We are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner 7 days a week.
The successful applicants must be able to demonstrate the following:
•Creativity, passion and flair for great food
•Proven track record in a similar position
•Experience working in a busy environment
•Good communication skills
•Be prepared to work weekends and nights
•Committed and reliable.
Minimum 2 years experience.
