Job Description
We are seeking a qualified chef to join our team. Must have a Cert III in Commercial Cookery. This person would be responsible for kitchen operations, ordering, food safety requirements and creating specials alongside management. The kitchen team consists of a first year apprentice, kitchen hand and stewards for busy nights. We would be happy to look into sponsorship for the right person. We require someone who is hard working and shows attention to detail. We host a number of functions during this time so experience in this area is preferred but not required.
Accommodation and meals can be provided if required.

Description:
Busy country pub owned and run by young couple Danny & Natalie. They purchased the pub just over 12 months ago and since then they have done a number of renovations & refurbishments to update the old pub and breath some life back into the place. It is now thriving with locals regularly popping in for coffee, drinks and/or dinner. Travellers also camp overnight and visit the hotel both for lunch & dinner.
