Our beautiful small town country hotel is looking for a chef with min 3 yrs experience running a kitchen to come in with your passion and drive and deliver our wonderful locals and travellers great food they’ll leave telling others about..
we are a very close team who’s thrives on delivering the best..
Holbrook is made up of wonderful farmers and town locals who love to support their local hotel and travellers coming through our town all year round to visit our submarine we daily have visitors staying in house in our lovely renovated rooms sipping a wine on our 100yr old veranda watching the sun rise of a night..
What we would like from you?
Min 3 yrs Experience
Dedication
Positive team player
Knowledge of stock ordering
Stock control
OH&S
Creative mind and open to change menu for our seasons
Must have good time management and ability to deliver meals in a good timely manner
Work over 7 day roster
Live in accomodation available im renovated rooms with air con and tv.
