Agricultural Service Technician

Duties May Include:
• Servicing, repairing and rebuilding agricultural machinery including our fleet of self propelled potato, carrot and onion harvesters
• Diagnostics and troubleshooting of hydraulic system
• Diagnostics and troubleshooting of Automotive electrical systems and electronics
• Welding
• Maintain logs and records as per company procedures
• Observe and comply with all health and safety policies and procedures
• Maintenance of clean, tidy and organised workspace both in the workshop and in company shared vehicle
• Field and workshop based

To be successful in the role you will need following:
• Mechanical knowledge
• Mechanical trade preferred but not required
• Relevant farming experience
• Flexible, self-motivated and strong work ethic
• Full / unrestricted driver’s license plus the following licences and certifications are an advantage – Forklift and truck
• Good communication skills
• Be willing and able to train and mentor junior technicians
• Team player
